About Animaritime

★ Animaritime 2013 Starts In ★

Animaritime is run entirely by a dedicated group of volunteers to bring you the best in anime and gaming.

We're back in 2013 for our 9th year, and we invite you to join over a thousand of your fellow fans as we hold our event in Fredericton for the first time to celebrate all things anime, manga, and gaming.

Expect to see special guests as well as activities encompassing a variety of anime and video game related events such as discussion panels, workshops, showings and tournaments.

This year, to honor our move to a new location and to touch base with our roots, Animaritime's theme is "Through Time and Space". Whether you love space-themed anime, time travelling video games, dressing up in inspired clothing or gazing at others that do, we hope you participate in and enjoy our 2013 theme!

Animaritime 2013 Welcomes Brad Swaile

May 1, 2013

With Animaritime 2013 only a few months away, we're thrilled to announce our third and final guest for this year's convention - Brad Swaile! Joining us from Vancouver, Brad is one of Canada's biggest voice acting talents and has years of experience voicing many of our favourite characters including Death Note's Light, Dragonball Z's Gohan and Gundam Wing's Quatre. We're excited to welcome him to our new home in Fredericton and hear some insights on being a voice actor and bringing life to so many beloved characters.

You can learn more about Brad and our other guests on our Guests page.

Animaritime 2013 Welcomes Ed Chavez

April 25, 2013

With Animaritime 2013 creeping ever closer (much to our joy!), we at Animaritime are pleased to announce returning guest, Ed Chavez! As the marketing director for Vertical Inc, and long-time fan and professional of the manga industry, Ed brought a wealth of knowledge with him when he attended as a guest at Animaritime 2011. We're thrilled to welcome him back to Canada to once again share with us his passion and insight into the world of manga.

You can learn more about Ed Chavez on our Guests page.
